HR Business Partner

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, Division of Student Life (DSL), will work closely with DSL HR, the Staff Engagement Advisory Board, and leaders across the division to help make DSL the best place to work; support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and performance development; play a key role in implementing strategies that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture; be a trusted advisor to managers and staff, helping to navigate HR policies, resolve challenges, and support professional growth.
