Currently we are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.




    This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) in the Birmingham, AL area.




    Day to Day Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a strategic HR consultant to leaders across multiple corporate functions, including business development, regulatory/government affairs, and IT, helping identify and resolve organizational issues and propose data-informed solutions
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including leading thorough, objective workplace investigations (discrimination/harassment claims, policy violations) and authoring formal investigation summaries with findings and recommended corrective actions
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance — coaching, career development, disciplinary actions — and facilitate leadership conversations around team restructures and workforce planning
    • Facilitate talent review and succession planning discussions, partnering with leadership to ensure plans translate into action
    • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, support EEO/Affirmative Action initiatives, and build data-backed recommendations for business leaders
    • Maintain working knowledge of the business unit's operations, competitive landscape, and culture to inform HR strategy
    • Stay current on employment law and HR best practices, updating internal programs and policies as needed

    Position Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HRBP-level role
    • Bachelor's degree required; SPHR/PHR certification strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated experience conducting and documenting formal workplace investigations, with strong written communication skills (investigation summaries, policy analysis, corrective action documentation)
    • Proven ability to build credibility and rapport with senior leaders (VP-level and above) — strong executive presence, professional maturity, and consulting mindset
    • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving HR environment with high adaptability and resilience
    • Working knowledge of HR data/analytics tools to support decision-making and reporting
    • Ability to travel up to 15–20% to support a multi-region team
