Job Summary
Partner with business leadership to drive workforce outcomes-including talent engagement, performance, compliance, and retention-through data-driven HR governance, proactive stakeholder management, and consistent execution of HR frameworks, policies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and promote key talent management initiatives, including performance management, competency development, rewards and recognition, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Review and track unallocated associates across the region and drive key HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Facilitate HR engagement initiatives based on actionable insights to strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and organizational pride.
- Ensure fair and consistent administration of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Promote and drive employee engagement activities within project teams to sustain high morale.
- Coordinate and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events.
- Participate in business meetings, client meetings, audits, and project start-up meetings.
- Develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all internal HR policies and external employment regulations.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.
- Implement statutory employment requirements in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Drive participation in the Annual Employee Engagement Survey, analyze results, and support action planning to improve engagement.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including campus recruitment.
- Assist with onboarding, training and development programs, and other HR initiatives within the region.

Eligibility Criteria
- 10-12 years of Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor''s degree required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience across multiple HR functions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.
