This role will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with overall business goals
- Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs, organizational structure, and talent priorities
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and team effectiveness
- Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and investigations
- Build strong relationships across the organization to proactively support business needs
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to deliver aligned and effective HR solutions
- Execute core HR programs such as performance reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles
- Leverage HR data and insights to support decision-making and identify trends
- Oversee HR processes including organizational changes, job updates, and hiring support
- Ensure consistent communication and execution of HR initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects and additional HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of HR experience, including strategic business partner support
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws
- Proven ability to influence leadership and build relationships across all levels
- Analytical and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PHR or SPHR certification preferred
