  • Administer employee benefits programs, including:

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) and retirement plans
    • Life and disability insurance
    • HSA/FSA programs
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries

  • Support and coordinate open enrollment processes

  • Maintain accurate benefits records within HRIS systems

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA)

  • Liaise with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues

  • Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, disability, etc.)

  • Process and reconcile benefits billing and invoices

  • Generate reports and analyze benefits data

  • Support employee communication and education on available benefits
