Description

We're partnering with a large, established manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator for a five- to six-month temporary assignment. This position will work onsite five days per week and is expected to begin as soon as possible.

Description

  • File, scan, and upload confidential employee documents into the HRIS.
  • Process basic HR paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with phone screens and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate interview appointments with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Update spreadsheets and complete general administrative tasks.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR and recruiting teams.

Profile

  • Strong computer, typing, and software-navigation skills.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfort managing repetitive administrative work accurately and efficiently.
  • Workday experience is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work onsite five days per week in West Valley City.
