Job summary:

As ourHR Assistant, you’ll be a key partner in helping to build a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging workplace. You’ll support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations — but more importantly, you’ll help create moments that make employees feel seen, supported, and excited to be part of our team.

You’ll also play a meaningful role in our Workday processes and HR system implementation, helping us build a modern, efficient, people‑first HR function.

Job Functions:

What You’ll Do:

Talent & Recruiting Support

  • Help create a warm, positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates informed.
  • Support hiring managers with interview coordination and communication.
  • Help maintain recruiting workflows inWorkdaywith accuracy and care.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Help welcome new hires and help them feel connected from day one.
  • Help to prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation, and ensure new employees have what they need to thrive.
  • Help to set up employee profiles and process onboarding tasks inWorkday.
  • Assist in supporting offboarding with empathy and professionalism.

HR Generalist & Culture Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information with integrity.
  • Assist in supporting benefits administration and respond to employee questions with clarity and kindness.
  • Assist with HR policy updates, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Help plan and coordinate engagement activities, celebrations, and culture‑building initiatives.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the HR team and employees across the organization.
  • Assist the HR team with employee engagement and retention efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR, Training, and Finance departments to achieve HR's strategic goals.

Workday & HR Systems

  • Use your Workday expertise to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee data management.
  • Assist withHR system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Partner with HR leadership to enhance workflows and elevate the employee experience through technology.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Workday is required— you’re comfortable navigating modules and supporting others.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or system enhancements is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
  • A knack for organization, follow‑through, and juggling multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow your HR career.
