About the Role The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks,maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Support end-to-end recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring administration.
Coordinate employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless and compliant new hire experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Process HR documentation, including employment contracts, leave requests, and employee lifecycle records.
Support payroll administration by collecting, validating, and maintaining employee information for accurate processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures while delivering timely HR support.
Coordinate training initiatives, monitor attendance and leave records, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Who You Are
Previous experience in HR administration or administrative support, with exposure to recruitment and employee lifecycle processes preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, with strong data entry and record management capabilities.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
High level of discretion, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability when handling confidential employee information.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to support a diverse workforce and collaborate across teams.
