JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide routine administrative, clerical, and employee support for human resources operations and benefit programs. Serve as the primary front-line contact for employee benefits inquiries, with a focus on supporting the district's Imagine360 self-funded health network transition and day-to-day operations. This is a 20-hour a week position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Health Insurance & Benefits Support
Assist employees with routine health plan inquiries and direct staff to Imagine360 Member Advocacy for complex claims or provider assistance.
Perform routine administrative reviews of Imagine360 claims summary reports and TPA invoices to check for billing consistency, track overall plan expenses, and flag potential overcharges or variances for leadership review.
Receive, log, and securely process balance bills and medical claim paperwork for submission to Imagine360.
Coordinate open enrollment logistics, including distributing benefit guides, tracking attendance, and preparing packet materials.
Assist in auditing monthly Imagine360 enrollment census reports against payroll deduction records.
Distribute physical and digital insurance cards and assist employees with setting up health network accounts.
General HR & Office Support
Handle routine HR inquiries to ensure responsive, knowledgeable support for employees.
Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist employees/applicants with required paperwork.
Maintain HR and benefits information databases to ensure accurate employee records.
Assist with scanning, digitizing, and organizing employee personnel files.
Prepare, assemble, and distribute routine forms, reports, and onboarding packets.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least one year experience providing customer service with a self-funded medical plan is required.
At least one year of clerical experience with office computing apps is required.
At least one year bookeeping experience is preferred
