The Scope:
This role is central to our HR transformation, empowering our teams to make proactive, data-driven decisions.
Role Focus: You will be the mastermind behind our people data, turning raw numbers from our HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations into actionable strategic insights.
Impact: You will not just report on the past; you will use predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Projects: We are continuously optimizing our HR tech stack. You will play a key role in system implementations, process automation, and building out a culture of data literacy within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Data Analyst manages the entire data lifecycle and acts as a strategic advisor to HR leadership:
Data Lifecycle Management: Collect, clean, transform, and validate HR data from various sources to ensure flawless data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
Analytics & Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to HR metrics and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain intuitive HR dashboards, custom reports, and visualisations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their data requirements, and collaborate with IT and external vendors to optimize HR data management systems.
Compliance & Quality Control: Actively monitor data for anomalies or outliers, uphold strict data privacy and confidentiality standards, and support data requirements for regulatory reporting and audits.
Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance efficiency, while participating in broader HR projects like system implementations.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Stay updated on HR data industry benchmarks, and provide training and guidance to HR team members to elevate the teams overall data analysis capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably with a strong focus on People/HR Data.
Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience working with major HRIS platforms and navigating complex datasets.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data transformation techniques.
Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, non-technical narratives for business leaders.
