HR Analyst

Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS), resolving course and admin issues and escalating to HRIS when needed. This role sits at the center of HR reporting, learning management, and talent analytics, partnering with senior HR leaders and business teams across the organization. HR Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Build reporting formats, collect and interpret HR data, and analyze trends to support business and HR initiatives
• Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS), resolving course and admin issues and escalating to HRIS when needed
• Train and guide site-level HR analysts on LMS reporting and on recording learning activity
• Create and analyze talent, compliance, staffing, and training reports, and flag anomalies, trends, and significant variances to management
• Design and standardize scorecards, metrics, dashboards, templates, and ad hoc reports
• Act as the main contact for field HR analysts on company-wide and regional HR initiatives, such as the talent review process
• Own employee engagement survey reporting for VP-level leaders and their direct reports, and support site analysts on the survey system
• Partner with internal departments and outside vendors to clarify data and reporting needs
• Manage WebEx hosting user setup and administration
• Work with Executive Leadership, HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Owner Services, and Operations teams to gather and analyze data

HR Data Analyst Qualifications:

• 3+ years of data analysis experience
• Working knowledge of general HR principles and practices
• Strong skills in analyzing data and building reports from raw data and larger datasets
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, database management, and LMS platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to build relationships at every level
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Comfortable conducting complex research and understanding complex processes

HR Data Analyst Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

HR Data Analyst Details:

• Location: 3 days a week onsite Orlando, FL 
• Pay Rate: $27–$30/hour
