Qualifications
Required
Bachelor''s degree or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Five+ (5) years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, HR analytics, or related business systems.
Experience supporting Leena/Tandem, PeopleSoft, or similar AI-enabled HR platforms.
Experience working with SaaS-based HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Taleo, UKG, Symplr Time and attendance (SaaS), or similar systems.
Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and HR technology ecosystems.
Knowledge of AI concepts including:
Machine Learning
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Predictive Analytics
Generative AI
Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and practical solutions.
Understanding of data privacy, bias mitigation, governance, and Responsible AI principles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare organizations or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Technology, or Data Analytics.
Experience training, testing, tuning, or evaluating AI models and AI-enabled solutions.
Experience with automation technologies such as:
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Workflow engines
HR chatbots
Intelligent automation platforms
Experience with:
SQL
Python
Power BI
Tableau
Enterprise AI platforms
Experience supporting AI governance, compliance, or data stewardship initiatives.
