We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will manage a broad spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, support strategic HR planning, and enhance workforce management. Responsibilities

  • Able to work on site to help with compliance tasks such as 19 books
  • General admin support
  • Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional growth and engagement.
  • Manage benefits administration tasks such as health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave management (FMLA), ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering positive communication across teams.
  • Maintain accurate HR data entry in systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro, ensuring data collection integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or Taleo; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting.

This is a temporary position 20-40 hours a week

Pay range is $25-30 an hour DOE
