My client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for an HR Admin. This is an open ended contract role.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.
2. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the team and understand their roles and responsibilities.
3. Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and community outreach initiatives.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Provide clerical support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
6. Handle employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in managing onboarding processes.
4. Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
5. Excellent clerical skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software.
6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
9. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
10. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
