    Position Overview

    Ghoman Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role will support the Human Resources department with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and general administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management

    • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and personnel documentation

    • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

    • Support payroll processing and benefits administration

    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters

    • Assist with organizing employee training sessions, meetings, and company events

    • Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

    • Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence as needed

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR training or certification is a plus

    • Previous experience in HR, administration, hospitality, or a related support role preferred

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems

    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality

    • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
