Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
12 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred

The HR Assistant supports day-to-day Human Resources operations by providing administrative and coordination support across key HR processes including employee records, onboarding, and employee inquiries.

Organize and maintain employee files
Ensure all documents are filed accurately and consistently
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Support recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking candidates)
Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
Prepare basic HR documents, letters, and reports
Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
Assist with internal audits, helping verify completeness and compliance of HR records
Support HR projects and general administrative tasks
