HPC engineer

Job Responsibilities Candidates should have good domain knowledge in High-Performance Computing, script language(Shell, Python), Linux administrator, operating systems (Linux, Windows), computer network. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware problems on Linux cluster hardware and networking equipment and applying logical methods of resolution.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidates should have good domain knowledge in High-Performance Computing, script language(Shell, Python), Linux administrator, operating systems (Linux, Windows), computer network
• Distributed file systems (Lustre/NFS), virtualization and containerization related experience is a plus
• Configuration and maintenance of the HPC computer rack/hardware.  Professionally resolve hardware issues
• HPC Rack, Build, cable, configure, and provision Linux kernel, windows server.
• HPC Operating System Installation/provision - Windows Server, Linux, Unix.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware problems on Linux cluster hardware and networking equipment and applying logical methods of resolution
• Preventive maintenance of cluster hardware
• Web Server and Database installation experience a plus
• Must be willing to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast pace environment.
