- $115.05 per full day
- $125.00 per day for retired teachers

? What You’ll Do
- Follow lesson plans and help maintain a consistent learning experience
- Create a positive, productive, and engaging classroom environment
- Adapt to the needs of different students and classrooms
- Supervise students in classrooms and common areas, including hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias
- Assign classwork and homework as needed
- For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
? Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Have at least 36 college credit hours in any subject OR complete a DESE-approved online training program
- Hold a valid Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate
- Complete a fingerprint background check (please contact Penmac before beginning this step)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (THC is not permitted)
- Complete required Penmac training
