We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Housing Support Staff at our CHARTER and Stratford Apartments in Salt Lake City.

Enjoy a Flexible Schedule
Work just three 12-hour shifts per week while maintaining full-time status and benefits.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Grave Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $20.40 – $23.99 per hour
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Monitor building access and assist residents with entering and exiting the property
- Support resident wellness, safety, and accountability
- Build positive relationships through encouragement, rapport-building, and support
- Utilize de-escalation, conflict resolution, and crisis management techniques
- Transport residents to appointments and community resources
- Support residents with a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach
- Assist the House Manager and Program Manager with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support resident success
- Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy, pro-social behaviors
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
Preferred:
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, and substance use recovery
- Peer Support Specialist Certification
