About the Role You will be the after-hours staff member on duty. It will be your responsibility to oversee our large, 24/7 residential facility, the entire campus, and all people on the campus, including residents, volunteers, and visitors. If an incident occurs anywhere on the campus, you will be the person responsible for handling the situation. You will have significant crisis management responsibilities and must maintain good work integrity and effective communication. What Youll Do ? Oversee residents in a large, 24/7 residential facility and all areas of the campus ? Report emergency situations immediately to direct supervisor and document any incidents, emergencies and concerns from residents, donors or volunteers (examples of incidents include any time outside agenciespolice, DHSare involved in occurrences at Our House or physical violence or threats are made) ? Ensure that residents participate in mandatory programs and refer them to Our House programs (Career Center classes, recovery meetings, drug testing, Childrens Programs, Stability, etc.) ? Communicate regularly with the Housing Team about residents needs, evictions, shelter needs, ongoing issues or system changes ? Ensure that meals are prepared and served ? Enforce all written shelter rules and additional Our House policies and procedures documenting any violations through the write-up process, including enforcing evictions when necessary Our House Inc.
