Housing Program Manager

This includes independently managing a portfolio of affordable housing programs, leading the implementation of initiatives to redevelop City-owned property, and ensuring the City of Asheville’s strategic objectives for housing preservation and creation are met with high efficiency and minimal supervision. The purpose of this position is to provide management and administrative oversight of City-funded affordable housing policies, programs, and multi-million dollar investments.
