Housing Occupancy Operations Manager

Position Introduction:

The Occupancy Operations Manager at the University of Oklahoma supervises the housing occupancy team and is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term coordination of occupancy management for a 7,000-bed housing operation, including room assignments, student billing, and workflow design. Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of experience in customer service, office management, or related field.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.

Department Preferences:

• Prior higher education student services experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Prior experience working with data, reports and enterprise systems.
• Prior project management experience.
