Terros Health is seeking a Facilities Housing Tech I. This role reports to the Director of Housing Programs. The Facilities Housing Technician I position is responsible for light maintenance duties for all housing units including but are not limited to ground cleanup, maintaining and installing landscape, painting, furniture moves, repairs, assist Facilities Housing Tech II with tasks, and perform all other duties as assigned from the Housing Manager. This position will be assigned to a rotating on-call schedule.

Demonstration of mechanical aptitude.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
Understand the requirements and guidelines of maintaining housing units and commercial buildings.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Must have a valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy.
Must successfully pass a TB screening and criminal background check.
