The Housing Case Manager will be responsible for housing related supportive services with all community-based housing options/providers utilized by the Lackawanna County Department of Human Services. Supportive services include but are not limited to; completing forms, coordinating and providing transportation related to securing temporary or permanent housing, assistance with moving, homemaking instruction, apartment monitoring, etc.
