The Gilbert Housing and Engagement Coordinator will work to ensure effective and efficient Campus Apartment Housing. This position will facilitate day to day housing operations with a focus on student safety and satisfaction by leading a team of university personnel focused on fostering student success. Additionally, this position will be instrumental in providing an engagement experience on our Gilbert Campus experience through independently by fostering student engagement opportunities through events, activities, athletics collaborations, and the creation of new clubs and organizations. This position will the opportunity to be innovative and navigate a variety of situations without detailed supervision.

Physical Requirements
Requires prolonged sitting or standing. Occasionally requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching.
Must work indoors and outdoors year-round (office, weight room and practice/competition field environments).
Must work in noisy and crowded environments
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
Previous administrative support experience.
Preference given to candidates with working knowledge and experience with a wide range of computer technology such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), databases, call center, and constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work with a diverse population and foster cooperation
Ability to address ambiguity and conflicting priorities
Maintain confidentiality of information, data and records
Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
Ability to analyze, establish, and maintain efficient office workflow and administrative processes
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Able to work on a non-traditional schedule, specifically evenings and weekends.
Supervisory experience preferred - especially at a college or university.
