Houseperson at Bear Creek Lodge - Part Time

Tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all common areas at Bear Creek Lodge, providing support to housekeeping and front desk teams as needed, and delivering exceptional customer service in response to guest requests. Support the housekeeping team with tasks such as laundry collection and stocking, trash disposal, vacuuming of breezeway mats, and other assigned responsibilities.

Position Summary
Tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all common areas at Bear Creek Lodge, providing support to housekeeping and front desk teams as needed, and delivering exceptional customer service in response to guest requests. 

Weekday availability is required. 


Essential Job Duties

• Execute daily cleaning and maintenance of all common areas to uphold high-quality standards. 
• Support the housekeeping team with tasks such as laundry collection and stocking, trash disposal, vacuuming of breezeway mats, and other assigned responsibilities. 
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area, fire pit, grilling areas, and maintain proper stocking of towels 
• Assist the front desk by delivering requested items to guests in residence. 
• Adhere to instructions while maintaining a pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative demeanor when interacting with coworkers. 
• Respond promptly to guest requests, contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

• Education:  High school graduate or equivalent experience preferred. 
• Experience: Hospitality operations experience preferred, with at least one year of housekeeping experience.
• Required Skills: 
  • Organized, strong attention to detail, ability to perform job duties with minimal oversight. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Preferred Skills: 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Knowledge of housekeeping safety guidelines.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to ascend and descend stairs, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
