What You Will Be DoingSuite Attendant:Clean guest suites thoroughly and timely to maintain the hotel's standardsEnsure guest satisfaction and provide ultimate serviceKeeping carts and closets clean and free of trashLaundry Attendant:Ensure that all room linen is cleaned and foldedKeeping the Laundry room clean and clearMaintaining chemical closets clean and stockedBoth day, night, and overnight shiftsHouse Person:Ensure that all housekeeping closets are stocked and kept cleanRemoval of trash from rooms and hotel.Keeping your floors clean and clear at all timesRemoving linens/trash from rooms prior to Suite Attendants cleaningLobby Attendant:Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and neatCleaning and refreshing all public restroomsCleaning and maintaining back of house areasBoth day and night shiftsHow You Will Do ItAdhere to all house rules, departmental policies, and safety standardsPromotes teamwork and cooperation between co-workers, guests and all other departmentsAssisting other positions when neededAbility to work past scheduled time should the need ariseAll other job duties as assigned by management.
