    Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests and employees. This role involves training staff, inspecting work, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Assign daily cleaning tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, and inspect their work to ensure it meets the required standards.
    • Training and Development: Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks, and provide ongoing training to ensure efficient and effective service.
    • Quality Control: Regularly inspect guest rooms, communal areas, and other facilities for cleanliness and order.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
    • Customer Service: Handle guest complaints and queries related to housekeeping services, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
    • Scheduling: Schedule shifts for housekeeping staff and manage their attendance.
    • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas of the establishment.
    • Reporting: Submit reports on housekeeping activities and room occupancy to upper management.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Previous work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
    • Skills: Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks, excellent organizational and team management skills, and the ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
    • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
    • Education: A high school diploma is a plus.

    This role is essential for ensuring that the housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied with the cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment
