- Support, coach, and develop housekeeping colleagues
- Assist with interviewing, training, and performance conversations
- Help resolve guest concerns and create memorable stays
- Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of hotel experience
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- A positive attitude and passion for teamwork
