Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-TimeHousekeeping Supervisor to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay.
What You Bring to the Table:
Hotel housekeeping background; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for guest service and teamwork.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate secure sign-in/out procedures for master keys and section keys to maintain guest room access security.
Monitor and report housekeeping productivity, tracking vacant dirty (VD) rooms at specified intervals to promptly address any concerns.
Assign and oversee daily special cleaning tasks, ensuring extra attention is given to high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot cleaning.
Conduct general cleaning and inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards for bedspreads, tubs/tiles, and other areas.
