The Cambria Hotel Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to support the execution of a best-in-class Rooms Division operation. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest readiness.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas consistently meet Cambria and Choice Hotels brand standards. This individual will lead from the floor—inspecting rooms, coaching team members, and driving productivity and accountability across the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure brand-standard cleanliness and presentation

·      Assign daily boards and manage room attendant productivity to meet operational targets

·         Provide real-time coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members

·         Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of housekeeping staff

·         Maintain inventory controls for linens, supplies, and chemicals

·         Partner with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless guest readiness and issue resolution

·         Monitor and enforce safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance standards

·         Assist in scheduling and labor management aligned with occupancy and forecast

·         Ensure accurate reporting of room status, out-of-order rooms, and maintenance needs

Qualifications

·         2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory experience preferred

·         Strong working knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and inspection processes

·         Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver results

·         Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

·         Experience with Choice Hotels or similar upscale select-service brands preferred
