Our company is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Director of Housekeeping oversee the Housekeeping Department. Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.
Housekeeping Supervisor Key Duties
Reviews daily staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all areas of responsibility.
Conduct environmental rounds in areas of responsibility, paying particular attention to restrooms and corridors. Full compliance with standards of cleanliness.
Ensure needed supplies and equipment are available.
Operate commercial laundry and cleaning equipment to provide fresh clean linens.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1-2 years long-term care or healthcare experienced preferred.
Must have supervisory or management experience.
Must have verbal and written communication skills.
