    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Whitestown. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team of housekeeping staff.

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
    • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
    • Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
    • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Respond to guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience
    Requirements
    • Proven experience as an Inspector or Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel setting
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
    • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
