We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Shift Lead at our family-owned motel in Brookings.
Successful Applicant will:
be 18 or older
have 1-3 years experience at minimum
be willing to do laundry and housekeeping when needed
submit a current resume with your application
What you’ll do:- assign daily rooms to housekeepers
- strip and check rooms for quality
- handle guest stay-overs
- walk, carry supplies (up to 30 pounds), and use stairs throughout your shift
- turn in tips (trustworthiness is important)
- manage inventory
- communicate regularly with the office to keep them updated on the status of rooms
- may be required to clean rooms or do laundry when short-staffed
