The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of assigned guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt standards. This role plays a key part in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guest.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels, amenities, and guest supplies as needed
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and ensure all room surfaces are clean and well maintained
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and proper presentation prior to completion
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost and found items following established procedures
• Maintain accurate room status information and communicate updates as required
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and properly handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with hotel procedures
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stock levels of housekeeping carts and assigned storage areas
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to service excellence
• Promote Hyatt's Culture of Care through exceptional guest service and quality standards

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight (20 Lbs. - 50 Lbs.) and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires
