Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays

As Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our exceptional guestroom standards, ensuring every detail reflects true luxury. Leading the Room Attendants with clarity, care, and inspiration, you will create impeccable spaces where every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and truly at home.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily cleaning operations and team schedules.
• Conducting quality inspections to uphold Anantara's high standards.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
• Supporting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the guest experience.
• Coaching and guiding team members to deliver consistent excellence.
