Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply and inventory levels.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Address guest or team concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping procedures, standards, and checklists.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable ordering supplies and managing inventory.
