Please do not apply if you do not have housekeeping supervisory experience. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain optimal team performance
- Conduct regular room inspections and quality control checks to ensure brand standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, coordinating orders as needed
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and resolve guest concerns
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols in accordance with health regulations
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:- 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software and property management systems (PMS) a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
