The Housekeeping Manager ensures that all guest rooms, the indoor pool area with waterslide, the fitness center, and the lobby meet our high Western Montana hospitality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a tight-knit team, handle seasonal tourism fluctuations near Glacier National Park, and maintain open communication with the front desk and maintenance teams. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Inspections: Audit the 100 guest rooms, suites, and public spaces daily to maintain high quality.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Track linen par levels, guest amenities (including coffee/breakfast items), and cleaning supplies.
  • Staff Scheduling: Hire, train, and schedule room attendants and laundry staff, adjusting for high-occupancy tourist seasons.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Partner closely with the Front Desk Agent team to coordinate rapid room turnarounds for airport travelers and incoming flights.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience, preferably in a mid-sized, high-occupancy lodge or hotel. Experience is preferred not necessary for the right candidate.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of walking, bending, standing for long shifts, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate high travel seasons.
