Schedule: Monday–Friday, must work weekends; Bilingual is a plus Purpose of the PositionArmy Residence Community is looking for a skilled and reliable housekeeper in an assisted living facility is to maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable living environment for elderly or disabled residents. Key Responsibilities:- Resident Room Cleaning: Dusts, vacuums, mops floors, and cleans bathrooms in individual apartments.
- Common Area Upkeep: Sanitizes and tidies shared spaces like hallways, dining rooms, lobbies, and activity lounges.
- Laundry and Linens: Washes, dries, folds, and distributes personal clothing, bed sheets, and towels.
- Infection Control: Uses proper disinfectants and safety protocols to stop the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Safety and Maintenance Reporting: Keeps walkways clear of cords or carts and reports broken fixtures to maintenance
Laundry Equipment Maintenance & Repair (non-inclusive): Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Vision: Normal vision required Hearing: Can be performed by a hearing-impaired individual
