Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the beauty and luxury our guests have come to expect. We invite passionate, service-oriented individuals to join us at our upcoming hiring event.

Room Attendant - Room Attendants create a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests by cleaning and preparing guest rooms, suites, and villas to Four Seasons standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest accommodations and bathrooms
• Replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
• Inspecting rooms to ensure quality and presentation standards are met
• Responding to guest requests with care and professionalism

House Attendant - House Attendants support the daily operations of the Housekeeping department by ensuring team members have the supplies and resources needed to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies throughout the resort
• Maintaining housekeeping storage and service areas
• Removing soiled linens and waste
• Assisting Room Attendants and Supervisors as needed

Public Area Attendant - Public Area Attendants help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the resort's shared spaces, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment for both guests and residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining lobbies, walkways, restrooms, and public spaces
• Monitoring resort areas for cleanliness and presentation
• Responding promptly to service and cleanliness needs
• Supporting the overall guest experience through attention to detail

Turndown Attendant - Turndown Attendants provide personalized evening service that enhances the guest experience and prepares accommodations for a comfortable and relaxing night.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing evening turndown service in guest rooms, suites, and villas
• Refreshing guest rooms and replenishing amenities
• Preparing beds and ensuring accommodations meet luxury standards
• Anticipating guest needs and creating thoughtful touchpoints throughout the evening

Night Cleaner - Night Cleaners ensure public and operational areas are thoroughly cleaned and prepared overnight, helping maintain the resort's exceptional standards around the clock.

Responsibilities include:

• Deep cleaning public spaces and back-of-house areas during overnight hours
• Cleaning floors, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
• Supporting special cleaning projects and detailed maintenance tasks
• Ensuring facilities are ready for guests and employees each morning
