We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated Housekeeper (Environmental Support Assistant) to help maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

    Position Summary:

    The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that our facility remains clean, orderly, and safe. This position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other parts of the facility in accordance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dining rooms, and offices.
    • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures as needed.
    • Remove trash and replace liners.
    • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
    • Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the supervisor.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
    • Maintain resident confidentiality and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
    • Assist with laundry services as needed.
    • Respond promptly and courteously to resident or staff requests.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience (especially in a healthcare or senior living environment) is a plus.
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds.
    • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work on feet for extended periods.

    Schedule:

    Varied shifts may include weekends and holidays. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
