Housekeeping

Job title: Housekeeping 

Location: E. Syracuse, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30pm until 11pm

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour 

Training:  Will take place on 1st shift and a 10% differential will be applied once training is completed and person goes to regular shift.

Position Summary.  

Essential Job Duties

Clean and dust areas such as offices, kitchen/eating areas, lobbies, stairways, and corridors 

Dust, mop, and wet mop floors 

Clean and maintain locker rooms and bathrooms in facilities 

Refill toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary napkins, soap dispensers, etc. 

Clean hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, and water fountains.  

Vacuuming all areas and other duties as discussed.

Required Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or GED

One year of relatable experience

Ability to speak, read and write English 

Ability to come to work on time and work entire shift.

To work independently and as a team to get jobs completed without having to be micro-managed

Steel Toe Shoes 

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of consistent janitorial work 

Physical & Work Environment Requirements 

Standing for entire shift.

Ability to lift 50 pounds
