Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail oriented Housekeeper in Conway, AR to help keep guest rooms and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming for one of our client partners. This Housekeeper role is essential to creating a positive experience for guests and supporting daily hotel operations. Housekeeper Responsibilities
• Clean guest rooms, hallways, and shared spaces according to established standards
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other housekeeping supplies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor
• Work cooperatively with other housekeeping staff to complete tasks accurately and on time
Requirements for the Housekeeper
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
• Ability to use cleaning tools safely and follow workplace safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Dependable with good time management skills
Schedule and Pay
• Pay: $13 per hour
• Schedule: Workdays vary based on guest occupancy
• Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends during the busy season (Spring and Summer)
