Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols.
- Work with the Supervisor or Manager to schedule work and assign tasks.
- Verify that all work is performed in accordance with current procedures.
- Complete all required SAP training to perform work order execution.
- Communicate nightly site activities to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain an inventory of GMP supplies, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning of GMP areas, including ceilings, walls, floors, drains, stainless steel surfaces, windows, and ledges.
- Complete documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Comply with applicable policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Supervisor.
- Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collect and dispose of non-biological waste and recyclable materials throughout GMP areas.
- Maintain epoxy, concrete, rubber tile, and sheet vinyl floors by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces.
- Vacuum and dust vents within GMP areas.
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience cleaning GMP-controlled areas or spaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience operating equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, and manual pallet jacks.
- Demonstrated ability to apply practical experience and hands-on investigative skills to identify and address deficiencies.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, such as boxes of paper, mop buckets, and furniture, weighing up to 25 pounds.
