Housekeepers to join our team at a long-term care healthcare facility in the Clarksburg, WV area.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
Empty trash and properly dispose of waste.
Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control guidelines.
Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping equipment.
Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward residents and staff.
Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care facility is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Must be able to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
