Position Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of apartment homes and community common areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who works efficiently, has a strong attention to detail, and is ready to start immediately.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Additional Availability: Weekends as needed
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare apartment units for new move-ins
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management
• Follow company cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the community

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual with a commitment to quality work
