Our team is committed to providing quality care and creating environments where those we serve feel valued and supported.What You'll Do as a Housekeeper: Maintain clean and comfortable living spaces by cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.Create a welcoming environment by keeping dining rooms, hallways, and shared spaces clean and organized.Perform detailed cleaning of resident rooms between admissions and discharges.Follow cleaning and safety procedures to maintain infection prevention and sanitation standards.Maintain supplies and equipment, assisting with inventory, storage, and organization.Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team members.Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.Complete required documentation and follow established policies and procedures.What We're Looking For:Must be at least 18 years of agePrevious housekeeping or long-term care experience Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Willingness to learn required procedures and software.A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting older adults.Why Join Genacross Lutheran Services?At Genacross, we believe in caring for our team members just as we care for our residents.
