Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour, Part-time and Full-time positions available.

Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing both interior and exterior areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean and dust surfaces, glass partitions, and doors.
• Remove trash and recycling.
• Clean up spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly.
• Perform cleaning-related maintenance activities, including maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of proven cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• English language proficiency required.
