Overview
Job Description: The successful candidates will provide housekeeping support for multiple camp locations on the Flat project site during the field season, expected to extend May to October 2026.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist with laundry needs during shift changes and as needed • Clean kitchen, washroom facilities, and shared spaces daily • Assist with materials inventory • Comply with safety & health, environmental, and Company policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work independently and within a team • Previous experience working in a remote exploration camp preferred
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, employees may be frequently required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hand and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Schedule: This position is rotational with schedules varying from a 2 - 3 week on / 2 - 3 weeks off rotation depending on location of residence, working a 12-hour daily shift.
